1. Introduction

Welcome to My One Natural Healthcare Center.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our websites, funnels, registration pages, payment pages, online courses, recorded lessons, physical classes, workshops, coaching sessions, consultations, community groups, educational materials, bonuses, and related services.

By accessing our website, registering for a program, making a payment, joining our community, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to make a purchase.

Where a participant is under 18, the registration must be made with the consent and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may also be required to accompany or supervise the participant during physical activities where appropriate.

If you register another person, including a family member, you confirm that you have their permission to provide their information.

3. Educational and Informational Purposes

Our programs provide education relating to dietary structure, food preparation, cooking methods, lifestyle habits, natural wellness, and general health awareness.

All course content, consultations, recipes, demonstrations, coaching sessions, community discussions, and related materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

They are not intended to:

  • Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition;

  • Replace consultation with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional;

  • Replace prescribed medication or medical treatment; or

  • Guarantee any specific health result.

You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making major changes to your diet, medication, treatment, supplements, or lifestyle, especially if you have an existing health condition, allergy, dietary restriction, or are receiving medical treatment.

Do not delay or stop professional medical treatment because of information provided through our programs.

4. Personal Responsibility

Every individual may respond differently to food, ingredients, dietary changes, cooking methods, and lifestyle practices.

You are responsible for:

  • Deciding whether the program is appropriate for you;

  • Informing us about relevant food allergies or safety concerns;

  • Checking whether ingredients are suitable for you or your family;

  • Following reasonable kitchen and safety instructions;

  • Seeking professional advice when necessary; and

  • Making your own health and lifestyle decisions.

We do not guarantee that every participant will experience the same results.

5. Program Content and Access

Depending on the offer purchased, a program may include:

  • Physical practical classes;

  • Prerecorded online lessons;

  • Monthly online Coaching Calls;

  • Coaching Call recordings;

  • VIP community access;

  • One-to-one health consultation;

  • Follow-up educational support;

  • Amazake fermentation, dessert, and beverage classes;

  • Natural Family Therapy online lessons;

  • Family-member access; and

  • Other bonuses stated on the relevant offer page.

The exact inclusions, access period, schedule, location, and bonuses will be those shown on the applicable registration or payment page at the time of purchase.

Online course access may be provided immediately after successful payment. Coaching Call recordings and VIP community access may be available for the period stated in the offer.

6. Physical Classes

Physical classes are subject to available dates, locations, class capacity, instructor availability, and operational requirements.

Weekday and weekend options may be available. Participants may arrange suitable dates with our support team after registration.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • The five-day practical program does not need to be completed on consecutive days;

  • Ingredients used during the physical class are included;

  • Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation; and

  • Class times and locations may vary.

Requests to change a confirmed class date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to availability and approval.

Failure to attend a confirmed class does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund or replacement class.

7. Buy 1 Free 1 Family Offer

Where a Buy 1 Free 1 family offer is included, the second participant must be one designated family member, such as:

  • A spouse or partner;

  • A parent;

  • A child;

  • A brother; or

  • A sister.

The second family member may be confirmed after the initial purchase.

Once the second participant has been confirmed and registered, the place cannot be changed, transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

The complimentary place has no separate cash value. Not using the second place does not qualify the purchaser for a discount, credit, partial refund, or cash payment.

The participants may share the program benefits according to the terms of the offer. One-to-one consultations may be attended together where permitted.

8. Payments

Available payment methods may include:

  • Full payment;

  • Credit card payment;

  • Credit card instalment arrangements; and

  • Bank transfer.

All payments must be made through an authorised payment page, payment provider, or bank account confirmed by us.

Where a credit card instalment option is used, the instalment arrangement may be managed by the relevant payment provider or financial institution and may be subject to its own terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and registration information.

9. Account and Community Access

Course access and community access are intended only for the registered participant and the approved family member included in the purchased offer.

You must not:

  • Share access with an unauthorised person;

  • Resell or transfer your account;

  • Copy or redistribute course recordings;

  • Publish private community discussions;

  • Record sessions without permission;

  • Share another participant’s personal or health information; or

  • Use our materials to create a competing course or commercial service.

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe that an account, course, community, or program material has been misused.

10. Community Conduct

Participants must communicate respectfully within WhatsApp groups, Zoom sessions, physical classes, and other community spaces.

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, insult, or discriminate against others;

  • Promote unrelated products or services without permission;

  • Publish misleading or dangerous health claims;

  • Share another participant’s private information;

  • Screenshot or distribute private conversations without permission; or

  • Disrupt the learning experience of other participants.

We may remove content or restrict a participant’s access where reasonably necessary to protect the community.

11. Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, lesson structures, recipes, cooking demonstrations, training materials, worksheets, presentations, graphics, photographs, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to My One Natural Healthcare Center.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the materials for your own learning.

You may not copy, reproduce, translate, distribute, publish, sell, teach, license, upload, or commercially use any part of the materials without prior written permission.

12. Photos, Videos, and Recordings

Online Coaching Calls and selected sessions may be recorded for participant learning and replay purposes.

Physical classes may also be photographed or recorded.

We will obtain appropriate permission before using an identifiable participant’s photograph, video, testimonial, or personal story for public promotional purposes.

Participants must not privately record or distribute sessions without permission.

13. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials and participant experiences describe individual results only.

They are not promises or guarantees that another participant will achieve the same result. Results may vary depending on health circumstances, consistency, personal decisions, participation, medical history, and other factors outside our control.

14. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, website hosting, email, WhatsApp communication, Zoom sessions, course delivery, analytics, advertising, and automation.

Your use of these services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where a participant:

  • Shares or resells course access;

  • Misuses our intellectual property;

  • Provides fraudulent payment information;

  • Behaves abusively or disruptively;

  • Creates a safety risk;

  • Violates community confidentiality; or

  • Uses the services for an unlawful purpose.

Termination caused by a participant’s breach does not automatically create a right to a refund.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My One Natural Healthcare Center and its instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

  • Personal decisions based on educational information;

  • Failure to seek appropriate professional advice;

  • Undisclosed allergies or health conditions;

  • Improper use of ingredients or equipment;

  • Missed classes or sessions;

  • Technical issues outside our control; or

  • Unauthorised use of a participant’s account.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the Refund Policy made available through our website or checkout page.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter directly.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our programs, technology, operations, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
